I was at Cedar Point once (roller coasters!) and there was a boy about 8 years old boy who had just bought himself a soft pretzel was being chased by a Herring Gull. It went on for about 3 minutes. This bird was dive bombing at the kid. Best/worst part was that there were hundred of people watching and just laughing, even the kids parents for the first minute or so.
