You really should try taking a break from GAF for a while. I've done it a time or two, and I can almost guarantee it'll help you.
Also, on game purchases, try to limit yourself to games you're pretty sure you'd like. That may sound like common sense, but if you go by other people's tastes and just experiment with too many different titles, you end up spreading your game time (don't know about you, but mine's rather limited these days) too thin over a bunch of mediocre titles, when you could spend less money on fewer games you're more likely to enjoy, and even replay those titles to get your money's worth.
You should also buy Zelda: Twilight Princess. The game will rock.
I will dust off the cube for some Zelda goodness for sure.
Also to all the people saying take a break from Gaf I am an Office manager so I sit in front of a computer 8-9 hours a day so sometimes this place gets me through the day. Im about to be promoted to a manager of multiple offices and once that happens I'll be out on the road most of the day. Only then will I get the break from gaf that I so deperately need.

Ps2: SSX ( oh my an EA game), Tekken Tag Tournament, Madden 2001 ( blew AWAY the older gen versions no missing features),Midnight Club: Street Racing ,Ridge Racer V
Xbox:Halo ( that game alone made it worth it), Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee,Dead or Alive 3 ,Project Gotham Racing

Super Monkey Ball ...I really enjoyed those two but that was mostly slim pickins...
I know everyone's entitled to their opinion Adam but I never regretted buying any of these systems.
