It's a scalpel, and it's a pretty simple and quick procedure. I had one in my early 20s and it was one of the five or six best decisions of my life so far (right along with going to college, taking the job I took, marrying my wife, and asking for a computer instead of a NES as a kid).

It only hurt for a couple of days and it was never that bad, you just keep bags of frozen vegetables on your balls all the time.

OP I'm kinda in the same boat. I was a virgin and went in bareback on my girlfriend numerous times. She was on the pill and got checked for STDs regularly.

I didn't want her on the pill cause it did some fucked up stuff to her body. When I try to use a condom I go soft thinking about it. I find that as soon as I penetrate I don't have stiffness issues. It's just finishing that I now have to fix.

one thing i really don't recommend is going in bareback and then half way through putting on a condom. i've done that a few times and all i could think about post condom was "damn this fucking sucks compared to no condom." so its better if you have to wear a condom to just wear one from the start, it sucks but at least its not as easy to compare the lack of feeling.

In addition to this shit, I have to order semi-custom condoms online because the ones in stores just don't work for me. They're too tight, and the two models that don't completely strangle my cock (but are still uncomfortable) are way too long. Even the semi-custom ones don't offer exactly what I need. It sucks.
