Infamous demo sharing topic

I wanted to try to stay away from it until the release, but the demo impressions thread is overwhelming me now. If anyone could help out with the demo, it would be appreciated. Thanks!

BTW- New to this sharing thing, so a couple details on what to do as well would be great. Thanks again.
 
If anyone is still sharing the demo, please drop a PM if you don't mind. I'm curious as to how it'll play. Hopefully it doesn't make me break my "Don't pay full price for games policy". :lol

Someone will give you an email and password

Click on Create new profile. Call it whatever you like.

Then go to the network icon and "sign up for PSN"

Then select "use existing account"

Add the email and password

Proceed to store.

Go to the download list and voila.

Ahh, ok, thanks. I just didn't want to screw anything up. And thanks Loud, I'll get on that soon as I get to my PS3.

Protip for making the process easy.

1. Create new user
2. Go to PSN and select account management. Do not go directly to the PSN Store, it'll say you cannot use other's ID blah blah and log the other person out
3. Select the existing login and enter info.
4. Log in
5. Go to the PSN Store
6. On the top right, there is a tab called View Downloads
7. Click on the inFamous Demo and start download
8. Log out, delete user finish download

Everyone who PM'd me already should just have received the details. I can't be arsed doing it one at a time, so you may get logged out if someone logs in after you. Edit: Once the download has started it doesn't matter if you get logged off, it will still finish and you can install it from any account.

I preordered in full, I'm confident that this game will be enjoyable, gives me crackdown/psi ops vibes. :D

I'd also like to play the demo if anyone doesn't mind sharing :D

So do you just delete account or do you have to actually "disable account" first?

I might want in, but i'll let you guys know tmr if I do, im still debating it.

Ya I know it continues but I didnt know whether the account actually "deactivates" from my system if I just delete the icon under users instead of clicking "deactivate account" under account management. I was curious because I had a broken PS3 and I didnt deactivate it, I just deleted it and now I only have 4 spaces left instead of five. This MIGHT be because of a shady friend lending out my account though.

Anyway, thanks idaho, I will DL it tmr morning, ill pm you once I start. Goodnight.
