Pricing is much improved compared to last gen and is very good given the advanced HEDT feature set. Higher boost clocks, more features, more PCI-e lanes and support for more memory.

Ever since AMDs newest gen was revealed etc. I feel like everytime there is something positive about AMD, Intel desperately screams "we're still here! Pay attention to us!" and leaks Infos or starts rumors or announces stuff.

Kinda sad haha but I love it.

amd is around to keep intel in line.
not in a million years would i actually get amd,
but i am really glad they are around,

there is nothing to be gained from a monopoly.
look at nvidia highend gpu ffs
