Eating the same shit every day will make you sick.

lol no I eat basically the same thing daily for months at a time. Not if what you are eating is hitting your macros and micros.
Do you pop supplements to go with your homogenous diet?
by pop supplements do you mean take a multivitamin and fish oil? Because yes, I do that regardless.
Well any doctor would tell you that you would be better off eating more varied and not popping those pills.
No cares given. Still haven't gotten sick.
Eating the same shit every day will make you sick.
I'm eating Chicken right now. Is a great food and good for you. Of course eating the same thing every day causes problems, we are omnivorous.
Is like the articles about the person that drank a lot of Soda/Eat pizzas every day and died in 12 years. A decade is a lot of time, so it's dumb to think they eating that once a month or week will kill you.
Prove it. How will one meal a day, containing chicken, possibly make someone sick? Do you not cook? Do you not know how varied a dish with chicken can be?

Well obviously I was talking about a diet solely consisting of same ingredients every single day.
I'd say there are many worse things than chicken to eat everyday.
I am flabbergasted by the amount of dudes in here that eat chicken everyday.
There was a time in my life where I was working a chicken farm once a month. Couldn't look at chicken or eggs for 4 years after. The most disgusting vile birds walking the earth.

Oh ok I didn't know we were talking about incredibly unrealistic diets.
"Just eat in in moderation" is a way to try and sound smart while actually saying nothing of value. Everyone has different ideas as to what moderation is. But when people read the words "in moderation" they assume that whoever uses the words "in moderation" has the same definition of moderate as they do.
Yep I consume a lot of chicken as well, but I also realise the road of homogenous diet might not be the longest.
well i guess it depends of how do you eat the chicken, I don't know much about nutrition and stuff but I suppose that eating to much fried chicken could harm your body as any other fried food out there

People swear by the caveman diet, and those dudes didn't exactly have a buffet of choices.
They also rarely lived past 35-40.
There's an African food market around the corner from me that does a kilo of fresh chicken fillets for ÂŁ6.50
You'd better bet that I'm eating chicken everyday for that price
yeah but I dunno my daily diet also consists of a lb of broccoli, ezekiel bread, sweet potatoes, greek yogurt, eggs and egg whites.
I'm pretty sure nutrition is covered.
Erm, people say "in moderation" because dieting is not an exact science, it's impossible to know exactly what said person needs in their diet, especially over the internet with lack of in depth health info. All it means is avoiding extremes. As a rule of thumb a wide variety in diet is almost always preferable to eating the same things every day as it helps avoid nutrient/vitamin deficits, to not eat only chicken, to eat it in comparable amounts to other foods, to eat it in moderation, i.e. in this case probably less. Cool your jets, man, did moderation kill your dog or something?

No berries, nuts, fruit? That sounds like a very limited diet. I'm sure you'll gain dat lean mass though.
Depends on how you're preparing it. Baking, grilling, roasting, or properly frying it (in heat stable, saturated fats, no breading/flour), I don't see any harm.
Adding breading and flour, frying in vegetable oil, not very healthy. It doesn't seem like you're doing this though, so keep on eating that chicken. I eat chicken almost every day too for lunch, and a fattier meat for dinner.

Its not like im eating chicken three times a day:
Breakfast: oatmeal, sliced banana, chopped pecans, and scoop of whey protein
After gym: shake-milk, scoop of whey protein, banana, strawberries, blueberries, basal leaves
Lunch: chicken breast, baby spinach, cherry tomatoes, sunflower seeds all mixed together. Also on the side I eat Greek Danon yogurt and kashi pumpkin flax granola bar.
Dinner: whatever mu mother cooks but she cooks healthy and makes a variety of vegetables.
Late night snack: ezikiel cinnamon raisen muffin with 1/3 less fat cream cheese and an apple.
My protein intake still sucks so that's why I bought egg whites and ill cook them and add it to my oatmeal.
basil leaves in the shake?
