Is Forza Horizon 6 another woke slop?

MS has been all in on DEI for years now so this is no surprise. I believe they even have a checklist when making their games about certain content that must be added…..basically checking the right boxes that fits their agenda. Sad to see this shite being pumped out nonstop for this elusive modern audience that doesn't even exist. Those so called women look horrendous and adding pronouns along with body types 1 to 3 tells you all you need to know about this shite. They just can't help themselves anymore.
Then again, this is the same dev working on Fable with that butt ugly so called woman as the lead……shocker.

Pretty sure pronouns started in 5. Body type 3 is new for 6. I do not remember this garbage in 3 and 4.

Dumb that a racing game even has avatars. Just show a character with helmet while driving.
 
It's funny how the people claiming it's no big deal are ok with all these other entities influencing and changing games. Thought we wanted dev freedom not check boxes for funding . . .
 
The forced pronouns inclusion feels so dated. It's like a culture war thing that a lot of lefty activists really cared and championed about back in 2021-2022. But nowadays those activists don't really push it anymore because the general population has made it clear that they find this shit retarded and has rejected and mocked it.

It really is gonna age badly all those games with those in them.

listen, you just have to accept that some parts of wokeness will stay longer present than other ones. American developers will keep their pronouns and body types.
 
Isn't this a UK based studio? Some level of woke slop is automatically integrated simply because of the studio location. If it was California based studio, you'd have 35 pronouns to choose from too.

You dont get it. Forza Horizon is like Star Trek in the sense it presents players with much more opportunities and variety of tracks and cars. Gran Turismo is in a genre that reached its peak, it can't get better, but Forza Horizon has much more room to grow and refine its mechanics. Its the omega racing game

The games industry has to accept that people like me will not buy these games. There are more than enough better games, that do not promote Transgenderism, and that's where I will spend my money.
 
I'm still waiting for a game to make all this pronoun and body type stuff optional in the settings menu, but I bet the "modern audience" would get pissed off then too. Just have male/female as the default and then a "mentally ill" option that activates all tha useless shit.
 
They are terrified of actually offending anyone to the point that they have stripped away any real edge or personality

It's about checking boxes, staying on the right side of the current cultural trend and ensuring their product is palatable to people who do not even play games

Forza Horizon has you doing off road jumps in ZR1 Corvettes. It is an abomination.
 
Yeah I'll be doing the same as 4 and 5, muting the voice audio all together and going through this initial cringe creator process as quickly as possible.

It's a racing game though, this shite shouldn't be in it at all.

That's what I'm saying. It's not like you're being forced to select they/them either. It's literally just there on that screen and you likely never see it again.

Probably going to be very similar because inclusion.

It's still pretty wild to me growing up in elementary school and reading books and seeing posters with a strong focus on inclusion and unity and it was all viewed as a very positive thing. Man times have changed, lol.

As I said Im not a fan of the character creator at all. (Because of the roll prizes)
Im not a sycophant, ill call out weak features if i feel they are weak.

But skipping the entire game because it has an easily skippable feature considering the main course is amazing IS absolutely missing the point.

Anti-Woke are bigger snowflakes than the people they call snowflakes.

The devs cant see the telemetry if you never actually play the game.
If 99% of players are skipping or NOT bothering with any of the character cosmetics, they are more likely to NOT focus on them as much.

Hell in Forza Horizon 5 you can get to NOT see your avatar and simply be driving in less the a minute(yes I timed it) by simply mashing A(Enter) and using the default everything..........if you dont care then DONT care.

Limiting the feature, limits the game for everyone, having the feature but it being easy to avoid limits no one.

Does the character creator detract from the racing in the racing game?
If it does then im with you, lets riot and ask them to remove.
Can I just choose default and effectively never even know the game has it?

If rolls still have a bunch of truly useless cosmetics ill always be someone against that shit........give me parts or special livery combinations.
Have the human cosmetics be a seperate section entirely.

If all you want to do is race in FH5 its very easy to forget the game lets you change the characters face/body type whatever.



But I still want Anna to call me Sausage or My Lord.
