This is better with wet stuffs like noodle or porridge. Sriracha is better with everything else.

Yea, Sriracha is amazing. The first time I tried something with it's flavor was kimchee at a korean restaraunt...any flavor that can make spoiled cabbage taste so good is truly sent from above. It also had medicinal uses for me recently. I broke my nose and and had major sinus issues...a squirt of sriracha every once in a while and It helped me breathe. In the end I think I just wanted an excuse to eat sriracha straight up.
Which brings to to my next question: is there an alcoholic drink that uses this stuff?

This stuff is a lot more "watery" so if you put it on dry foods it'll turn them soggy. I like it in my soups, pho and curries but Siracha is a better all-purpose hot sauce. Siracha is more of a paste and is good on everything.It's okay. Try this next time:
I got yo back. Almost finished my current bottle. Shit is amazing on Pizza.

It tastes absolutely nothing like Ketchup. The only things the two share is that they have sugar and they are red.
The kind I tried tasted like a spicy ketchup with a lingering heat. So yeah, completely overrated.

Is Sriracha mayonnaise? Then no.
It's the good hot sauce, but Sriracha is good on cheap bland food. I also use pepper flakes on my pizza as well.
