Is Sriracha the condiment of the Gods?

This is better with wet stuffs like noodle or porridge. Sriracha is better with everything else.
 
Yea, Sriracha is amazing. The first time I tried something with it's flavor was kimchee at a korean restaraunt...any flavor that can make spoiled cabbage taste so good is truly sent from above. It also had medicinal uses for me recently. I broke my nose and and had major sinus issues...a squirt of sriracha every once in a while and It helped me breathe. In the end I think I just wanted an excuse to eat sriracha straight up.

Which brings to to my next question: is there an alcoholic drink that uses this stuff?

This stuff is a lot more "watery" so if you put it on dry foods it'll turn them soggy. I like it in my soups, pho and curries but Siracha is a better all-purpose hot sauce. Siracha is more of a paste and is good on everything.
 
Here comes 15 pages of obscure local hot sauces.

It's a nice tasting hot sauce, along with Tabasco and franks. Each sauce goes with different foods for me so I always have a nice stock.
 
I found siracha to be something i enjoyed a lot when i first tried it, but lost interest pretty quickly. It tends to overpower most foods.
