My friend keeps bugging me about the date for the white version of the PSP in the US. Does anybody know? I guess it's not announced, but are there any expectations?

Probably not:

Multiple Color PS2's(five different colors - Were released in Europe and Japan only, never came to the US

Silver PS2(slim and big versions) - Were released in Europe and Japan only, but have yet to be released in th US

So based on Sony's track record, no chance of it coming to the US
