Like the title says
http://cheapassgamer.com/ is great for DS games and stuff, but I don't like freeloading games, especially not with the coming Wii. For the dutch speaking people:
http://www.budgetgaming.nl/ keeps track of cheapest game prices but only in general stores in the Netherlands. Since I live in Belgium, that's no use to me eighter. (They rarely track online stores)
so... What do you, the european gamer, use? Just checking your favo online stores weekly or what?
Edit: by the way, does http://www.sayswap.com really "work"?
