Considering when I started gaming the fact that I didn't really get into jrpgs until Persona Revelations on PSX is kinda embarrassing
I had some stupid misconceptions about rpgs in general because my older brother and his friends would be playing pen-and-paper role-playing games in the living room and it looked like the lamest thing ever.
Going back and playing all the master system, genesis and super famicom classics in the late 90s and early 2000s was a blast tho
