I use the webbrowser for youtube and hulu in the living room.
Flash 9 is still pretty widely used, so many Flash app can run but memory is a problem.
The webbrowser is competent as a media library browser and playback for my DLNA server. Most (all ?) DLNA servers have problems fast forwarding HD video across the net. Streaming HD video to the web browser and fast forwarding works though (even for huge 1080i files). Copying the video locally to play is still the best.
