I like the one in Jack Reacher a lot.

Reminds me of something you would have seen in a Steve McQueen movie like Bullitt. Simple and straightforward, but pretty exciting. No music and just the sounds of the sirens in the engines revving was very atmospheric

The real answer is of course Terminator 2 truck/bike chase, or Mad Max: Fury Road.

If I had to pick one scene, it would be the motorcycle chase sequence around the middle. Max and Furiosa starting to work together, incredible score, flawless direction and staging, gorgeous cinematography. The snippet released online is edited quite a bit but still gives me goosebumps.

This is correct.

Believable driving and traffic, no bullshit expositionary dialogue to tell us what we can plainly see, reaction shots from all involved even the passengers, bystanders getting realistically hurt and maimed, amazing sound design and (if you've seen the movie) a great sense of stakes and drama.

Best chase scene is when Nick Fury is being hunted down in his vehicle in Captain America: Winter Soldier. Incredible and they throw guns in the mix too. People only won't mention it since it's "Marvel" and that word is now tainted.
