I'm also fine with them looking at creepypastas to be turned into movies since I think a lot of them would be great as films. I really enjoyed Backrooms especially the ending.
But I can understand people wariness towards Hollywood starting to mine that stuff
Look at the recent incident involving copyright striking anything involving Backrooms on YouTube
Bro, The Left Right Game would make an excellent movie or limited series if it had Josh Brolin as the expedition guide and made certain alterations to the story.
The only creepypasta, expanded out to an actual novel, I'm really familiar with is Penpal, which would make for an AWESOME film, though so damned depressing and sad, not sure anyone would take a risk with it.

I do have the book on my kindle. I plan to get to that book sometime next year
There's a movie coming in 2027 called The Third Parent. That movie is adopting the Creepypasta that has the same name. I read it and it's very messed up. Crispin Glover is playing Tommy Taffy
I saw the film recently and mostly enjoyed it. The ending confused me a little about what just happened but after reading about it a bit, it's okay I guess. But it was engaging and interesting most of the way through.
