Storm of War: Battle of Britain, the sequel to IL2 Sturmovik by Oleg Maddox. I guess Ubi has been very careful about letting any information about it out at all, but come on, just a hint of a release date would be nice.

That wasn't there? The game looks better than Mercs 2. It is one of the few titles that can hold its own graphically against Crysis.

Well, there was Ratchet and Clank and Super Mario Galaxy... and apparantly the new Crash Bandicoot got shown off. I think it's largely because most platformers are pretty low-grade and this E3 is smaller in scale, so we're only seeing the big titles.

Rachet & Clank seems to be more of a 3rd person shooter. I'm very excited for SMG. Not much of Crash was shown but I'm happy he coming back. Where's Banjo? :-/

It just seems bizarre that this genre just died. I think it got a bad rep last gen because so many came out at the same time and the market couldnt' support them all. And now there are none.

We now have 1stPS/3rdPS overload: Gears, CoD4, Killzone, Halo3, Lost Planet, Bioshock, Army of Two, Stranglehold, UT3, The Darkness, Cyrsis, Battlefield, Hour of Victory, Medal of Honor, GRAW, Splinter Cell, Rainbow Six, Resistance: Fall of Man, . . . . bald space-marine uber alles.

I saw Spore footage on day one of the show over on G4's site while waiting on MS' conference to start. Looked new to me, and they claimed it was new for E3.

Well, I created a thread a while back wondering where the PS3 jRPGs are. The main answer is that they take a long time to make. So they often don't appear until 2 years after console introduction.

DC Comics MMO - Haven't heard anything on this at all since they announced it. With the Unreal Engine Optimzation stuff they talked about yesterday, you'd think they'd want to display some games that show that.
