Something that's irritating me about Google is that their top advertised sites say they lead to one link (even if it's the official site), but they actually lead to some specialized landing page, which means you've got to fiddle with the URL, or go back and pick the actual first search result (even if it leads to the same official site), and there was no indication it was going to do that. It just lists the URL as going to the flat domain name.
