go get a dental pik, get a package with a dental mirror too so you can see what you're doing better, scrape that shit out. Also, hope you don't get a heart infection when your gums bleed from poking around in there and bacteria gets into your bloodstream.

Bite off a fingernail (or use nail clippers) and use it like floss/toothpick. It should be thin enough, yet firm and flexible enough to do the job. Also wash your hands first. Failing that waterpik is your best bet
