Tetsuya Nomura (SQUARE ENIX)
In 2006, we will not be announcing any huge projects. But we will be making preparations for 2007.

Akitoshi Kawazu (SQUARE ENIX)
I can guarantee that "FF12" will be released on March 16. At E3, we will also reveal a new title.

Yoshinori Yamagishi (TRI-ACE)
"VP2" supports progressive scan. Visuals won't be much different from the next generation.

Keiji Inafune (CAPCOM)
In 2006, we will announce many new titles.

Akihiro Hino (LEVEL 5)
We are working on a non-RPG title. Though "True Fantasy Online" has been cancelled. It has inspired us to make something new. This isn't "True Fantasy". More of a spiritual successor.

Hideo Kojima (KONAMI)
I will be releasing some of my drafts, and working on the creation of someone else.

Yu Suzuki (SEGA)
Busy working on "Shenmue Online".

Yoshi Niki (NAMCO)
We are making a new "Tales" game. After the "NAMCO BANDAI" merger, there will be revolutionary changes.

Takanobu Terada (BANPRESTO)
After Super Robot Wars J, we won't be releasing games for a period of time. But we do have a new "SRW" title planned for the PS2.

Tomonobu Itagaki (TECMO)
After the development of "DOA4", we will be taking a short break.

Kazunori Yamauchi (POLYPHONY)
Tourist Trophy is nearing completion. After, we will be concentrating fully on the next "GT" game.

Yoshiki Sugiyama (KOEI)
We would like to develop for the Revolution.

So they will announce a new title, but it won't be 'huge'? Hmmmm. :/

Would be nice if that were "Romancing SaGa: Minstrel Song II."

Considering that those two (Nomura & Kawazu) head up entirely different development teams within Square Enix, it'd be silly to assume that they're talking about the same projects.

I think this could have been mistranslated and Nomura actually said there won't be any huge projects out in 2006 but of course they'll be preparing their 2007 titles during next year.

As a Shenmue fan (OK, OK...I just wanna see the end of the damned story already!), I agree. I wonder which platform that new TFLO-inspired title from Level 5 is headed?

Well Sony has announced a MMORPG game for the PSP, and L5 has a game coming to the PSP also.

WHERE'S THE FUCKING PSP GAME!!! Fucking Sony, lying fucks. First no Online GT4, then they imply that we will have GT for PSP soon after the PSP shipped... Now I see this shit, which says that they have NEVER WORKED ON GT PSP.

I really REALLY want PSP gt damn it!!

Yoshiki Sugiyama (KOEI)
We would like to develop for the Revolution.

Someone actually said that?
That's surprising.

Well, dno't expect any KOEI Rev games in 2006... looks like they haven't started any development yet. In the entire year of 2006, they just 'would LIKE to start a game,' heh.

I guess that's encourging enough.

Dynasty Warriors Tactics?

God I hate the way Japanese devs are always so fucking cryptic.

"So....are Capcom developing another Megaman following the acclaim of Megaman IVVXVI?"

"We at Capcom can't possibly comment on the development of future Megaman games"

OF COURSE YOUR MAKING ANOTHER FUCKING ONE!

Do they mean GT5 or GT:mobile?

Not really possible to tell. I'm sure some will say GTP is vaporware, but people were saying the same about Syphon Filter PSP and it just popped up this month for the first time in over a E3 of last year. I'd also think that it'll be one of the first 333mhz games. So they're going to have to wait for Sony to release allow those games to be released for the system anyway.

Guess it can't be Chrono, then. :-/

And how on Earth is GT going to translate to the PSP control scheme? Porting GT4 would be a feat, to be sure, but no comfortable analog = cry.

We are making a new "Tales" game. After the "NAMCO BANDAI" merger, Sabotage 360!

VP2 is already confirmed for PS2 supporting Progressive Scan doesn't make it for Revolution.

Nothing surprising.. A non-RPG game from Level 5 is great news however. It's always good to see a talented developer diversify a bit.

NAMCO BANDAI have headhunted Peter Moore?! *

*employing Moore to sabotage 360....because obviously.....him leaving MS would help 360....ummm.....

Well it is not like Japan is giving them much competition. *cough FCK*cough*
