After reading all the responses here, I wonder if everyone actually watched the full 1 hour interview.
Because if you did, you would see how Kimmel's slightly funny parody kind of causes more harm than good.
Kanye was passionately speaking about a fairly large variety of topics, but Kimmel cherry picked like two details out of context to make Kanye west look crazy. In the interview itself, Kanye stated disclaimers towards his behavior and his thoughts in the interview, how his words would be perceived now, and into the future.
Kimmel basically proved his point by glossing over the several intriguing things Kanye thought potential artists and regular people should know and focused on the jeggings comment.
And despite how people feel about it, Rap is currently bigger than rock and roll, and has been for years. I don't really see any arguments against that fact.
