so i think i may buy MITb, but I don't want to inflate my Uverse bill. How is the streaming option on WWE.com? worth buying if i'm going to watch online or not?

I won't be around tomorrow to watch the PPV. However, I will have access to GAF. TBH, I find "observing" you guys reacting to everything happening far more exciting than the actual event itself.

GO PUNK!

Totally forgot about Teddy Long's stable of jobbers like Ice Train and Joey Maggs. WCW had so many people on their roster, its ridiculous.

I like this:

I had a dream last night. No, it wasn't that Punk fans and Cena fans could live together in harmony. It actually occurred this morning, when I gave myself half an hour's more sleep because it would then be less of a wait until Money in the Bank.

In the dream, it was WrestleMania, which also meant it was New Year's Eve. Vince McMahon and Mick Foley were in the back garden, having a BBQ, as is tradition on New Year's Eve/WrestleMania night in England. Vince, like any person over 40, was asking if I could help him with his phone. Mick was sending him a voicemail and I joked that Vince could fire him from commentary again and just splice the voicemail together to call the matches. Awkward silence.

Back in the living room, Colt Cabana was making his WrestleMania debut to a surprisingly large ovation. I eagerly pointed out how his generic rock theme actually used to be Daniel Bryan's. I wondered, because WrestleMania ends at midnight, whether people were going to make us count down or worse, watch Jools Holland, so we'd miss the Punk/Cena main event. Then I woke up.

Edit: Don't think I've forgotten about you guys!

I'll take a year long ban if Punk leaves with the championship and Cena is fired at Money in the Bank.

This got me.

Tonight's the night, lads. Let's hope this is one to remember in a good way.

Hopefully WWE doesn't snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. Nexus seemed like it was going to be awesome, but then the writers and bookers felt like they were no longer 'safe' and couldn't even book Cena not being on TV for a single week when they went for a firing angle, especially when they could have just had him do a Dark Main Event as Juan Cena like they were already doing for house shows. Hell, even using the Juan Cena gimmick on TV would have been great.

You need more sleep obviously.

Awesome, someone uploaded the infamous Briscoe vs Briscoe match from their home promotion HCW;

Jay Briscoe vs Mark Briscoe - (HCW 07/26/05)

Yeah, this 'match' is crazy. Mark was out injured for almost a year after a motorcycle accident, and shortly before he and Jay returned to ROH they wrestled this impromptu match at their home promotion HCW in Delaware. Supposedly, both guys were drunk off their asses and the match quickly descends into the brothers trading disgusting looking chair shots and busting each other open the hard way.

remember when the cena vs nexus feud last year was hot shit for a while?

:(

It got ruined after week one to be honest. I was also built around a bunch of green guys - particularly after Bryan got sidelined.

Punk vs Cena (w/ Vince) is built around three guys that know the industry inside out. It has a much better chance of advancing interestingly - even if they add more people.

it was a good way to introduce new people

plus i missed tarver on the mic :(

what about cm punk leaves with the title (no cash in) cena legit takes time off wwe (not fired obviously in real life) for a couple of months, and new wwe belt is made in the process while a tourny is made on raw/ppv to crown the new wwe champion?

lol i suck but im bored :)

Only way Punk is winning is if it's all a massive swerve and Punk ain't going nowhere. You really think Vince would spend the time and give Punk so much freedom in the build-up, just to turn around and leave with the championship belt ? Ask Bret Hart how good that went.

Predictions:

Smackdown MitB winner: Sheamus
Raw MitB winner: Del Rio
Mark Henry vs. Big show, winner: Mark Henry
Brie Bella vs. Kelly Kelly, winner: Kelly Kelly
Orton vs. Christian, winner: Orton
Cena vs. CM Punk, winner: Cena

ECW's first PPV Barely Legal is just starting over on retro tv

I highly reccomend watching the Michinoku Pro 6 Man Tag - cracking little sprint!

Not much chance of that on Punk day.

I just finished watching Infinity 218 actually, watching 219 at the moment, great to see PAC & Ricochet doing so well over there. Really enjoyed the main event of 218 and can't wait to watch Mochi vs SHINGO in 219.

Oh awesome, thanks for the heads up, I love that match, it totally stole the show.

Here are my predictions:

Smackdown MitB winner: Cody Rhodes
Raw MitB winner: Alex Riley
Mark Henry vs. Big show, winner: Mark Henry
Brie Bella vs. Kelly Kelly, winner: Kelly Kelly
Orton vs. Christian, winner: Christian
Cena vs. CM Punk, winner: Punk. A-Ri tries cashing in but loses.

Punk is winning, and he will "leave". He will still be on Raw every week via clips from his mainstream media coverage and maybe even via satellite. He will of course be wearing the I Bring It Via Satellite shirt. He is not going to be in matches on RoH or NJPW, I mean come on.

The Kobe World Hall show, DG's biggest show of the year took place today. Really looking forward to seeing Shingo Vs Tozawa and Mochizuki Vs BxB Hulk show up online somewhere. The sooner the better.
