He made a good save and took a boot to the stomach and was almost punted... acted appropriately nervous, but manned up to make a save, and punched Cody in the face when given the opportunity. As Stooge mentioned, his spot with HHH hiding was also well done.

All in all, a very respectable performance from Seth Green. It didnt feel cringe worthy to me.

I actually enjoyed it, I just find it interesting watching how they change things when dealing with someone not accustomed to being in the ring.
 
Yes, good job by Seth. However imagine if he HAD been punted... would he be out the obligatory 2-3 months? What happens to Chris Griffin from Family Guy and his work on Robot Chicken? :lol

Also no "Shanework" by Seth... he gave a realistic blow and took a realistic hit from Orton. All in all I rate his work 4/5.
 
Considering how deadly the HEAD PUNT is, Orton doing it to a non-wrestler like Seth Green should theoretically leave Seth in the hospital for like 3 years. :lol

Unlike Shane 'O Mac, Vince or Bishoff they didn't try and pretend he should be in the ring with those guys.

Also, I didn't know Seth was that small. He served to make the rasslers look bigger than life too.

Man, I still can't get over Mitsuharu Misawa's death. =( Been watching matches of his as of late. I don't think there's been another wrestler involved with as many ***** matches as him. =(
 
Based on this week's SD! spoilers, looks like they're setting up a
Jericho/Edge fued when Edge returns.
I'd LOVE to see that.

I don't know if the Miz has hit awesome status on GAF yet. Also, I believe HBK has achieved cult like following on GAF.

Any word on when HBK might be coming back? Raw is in serious need of a shot in the arm. I know he's old, but he's still the best performer they have on there right now.

I couldn't resist and read the spoilers. So glad to see Morrison getting a push. I wasn't sure how his face role would turn out, but he's doing a good job with it. The Miz isn't quite at awesome status yet, but he's slowly getting there. It's funny to look back when he first started with the diva search and see how far he's come along.

Yeah, i've been following for a little while, so I kinda know what's up, and if I don't from what i've read in the past i'm sure you guys will teach me lol.

I started out hating the Miz but i've started to like him alot of more recently, I really think it would've been awesome if they put him over Cena at the last PPV they were in, it would've made things interesting I think. But I don't think the WWE writers know much about creating interesting stories these days, since they recycle the same crap ever month!

Also, does anyone have any clue as to when Taker might be coming back?
 
I believe Taker is/was expected back around SummerSlam time for a feud with Jericho, but that may have changed.

And with Cena/HHH healthy and stuff, I doubt WWE or Shawn Michaels are in any hurry to have him on screen at the moment.

I'm really confused with what's happening with Morrison right now, it looks like he's being pushed to the moon as a face. I assumed his title shot would just be on Smackdown but it's looking like it will be a ppv match based around his history of beating Punk. The reason I'm confused is because I was happy as him as an over heel, I'm not too sure his character works at all as a face.

Paul Heyman addressed this in one of his columns for the Sun, saying the reason people arent fully getting behind Morrison as a face is that they need a reason to get behind him and cheer him. At the moment he's 'just a face'.

He also made the same point with MVP, saying that they could use his past as a good way to get him over, how he overcame a lot to get where he is today etc. Which funnily enough they started doing two weeks ago, so it seems even now WWE are stealing Heymans ideas :lol

Smackdown
looks amazing because The Undertaker returns and wins the World Heavyweight Championship!

So what does everyone think about the new talent on ECW? They added Sheamus, Yoshi Tatsu, and Tyler Reks (FCW Champion) a few weeks ago. I haven't seen Sheamus wrestle yet, but he has a unique/crazy look. I only saw Yoshi Tatsu's first "match" but I heard he got a win over Burchill and he's been on TV every show since his debut so they want to do something with him. His gimmick is completely generic though. Pants with random rising sun emblems? Come on, it's not the 80s. Maybe they are setting him up to be the next Funaki. Reks is entertaining, but they have to get rid of that surfer gimmick.

Also, does anyone want to make predictions about who Jericho's partner is at Night of Champions? WWE.com has this odd graphic:

The silhouette is simply DiBiase's profile flipped. I doubt it's him though. Part of me kind of thinks it's Chris Masters, but I don't think WWE actually signed him and it might have just been a rumor.

I think Yoshi and Sheamus are the stands out. Sheamus ultimately stands in the same field as Burchill, he'll be the perfect dominant heel if they allow a person of his height to be such. I think essentially Yoshi could be the new Tajiri, I'm not sure he'll ever play beyond that but he has everything Yoshio has and more, could become a major lower-midcard face for any of the shows. Setting him up as the next Funaki would be a terrible thing, but setting him up as a plausible threat for any heel mid-carder would be good, especially given with what he can do.
 
I am going to attend Victory Road this weekend, you think I will get some lips from TNA fans for wearing a CM Punk shirt at the event.

If you want to be on wrestle-gaf's good side i would suggest adding CM Punk to the awesome list. :D
 
Oh we are getting some new blood here.

I think we need to whip out the bad match gauntlet for them to officially join Wrassle GAF.
 
I just gotta say holy shit to that spear Big show gave Bourne. Even Big Show stopped for a second to make sure he was ok before going to the next move
