I want this in my bedroom.

The color design on that one is so bad ass.

High contrast reminds me of actual predators like tigers or cheetahs. Though we have precedent for "all brown" predators today, I think this is probably more likely.

It already has two things going for it that the others didn't, which impedes my enjoyment of those: the theme park concept, and new concepts. The Lost World and JPIII felt like spin-offs to me that were desperate for a reason to exist, story-wise, but Jurassic World's story feels like a legitimate successor to the original. I have no idea how it'll turn out, but at least they're trying new stuff in addition to it going back to being a theme park setting.

Also not sure how the new kids are any worse looking than Tim and Lex. You can take stills or brief footage of kids in peril and it's always going to look like that. I think Kelly raised the bar so high for shitty kids that these guys won't hold a candle to her, and I've liked Ty Simpkins in everything I've seen him in.

Good points. I have a feeling that the most enjoyable parts of the movie will be the pre disaster wonder of the park and its attractions. WHY ISN'T THIS REAL!?!?

I just rewatched the gymnastics scene on Youtube and even beyond it being a loathsome minute or two of film, it doesn't make any sense. Kelly leaps up onto the bar and starts flipping around like a monkey even before the raptor conveniently jumps up to that level in front of a window with a spike sticking up outside on the ground, as if she predicted the raptor would jump up there in the next few moments.
