So there's a rumoured Nvidia Shield stick with the Tegra X1+ that's in the upcoming Shield TV Pro release. This got me thinking that with the shrinking of tech it opens up a world of opportunities for manufacturers to capitalise on. For example why would Nvidia stop there. They could produce a mobile Shield accessory that you simply plug into the USB C port of your mobile. It's also natively compatible with Xbox or PS controllers which most gamers already have and suddenly you have a very capable mobile console. It won't stop there though. With their partnership with Nintendo they will have all 3rd party games available to download and play from their store. They can probably work out an arrangement where they share the porting costs. They have said they have a very long partnership. I wonder if something like this is on the road map for Nvidia. If this existed would you buy it?
