Seemingly not for Xbox, even though the first one ended up on it eventually. By that by PS Studios back then too though?

Love it, will play, but please don't do boss fights where you get swarmed by multiple mobs while you are fighting the boss. There were a few shitty boss fights like that in Kena.

This looked REALLY good. I want to check out the first one now. Hopefully I already own it somewhere and just forgot about it.

They helped in a limited capacity but it was still an indie title at the end of the day. It was also day and date with PC so it seems they're just going to continue with that.

Yet another reason I really hope the next Xbox comes in 2027 and assuming it succeeds in offering a smooth experience with Steam, EGS etc because then I can just play those games too.

The first one was flawed but ultimately good. If they learned from their mistakes, it could really be amazing.

Fuck yeah was not expecting the announcement but man Kena Bridge of Spirits was my favourite game this generation so to see the sequel announced I'm beyond happy and that they opened the State of Play with it too I'm so ready

It appears Sony has found their Zelda. I wouldn't be surprised if they end up buying the studio.

Loved the first game. This looks even better.

So it's on PS5 and PC, but is this day one on PS5 and PC? It is a Sony published title, but not GAAS ...

Wondering if I should take the time out of my other backloggery and finish the first one….

Best announcement by far.
Loved the first one and this just looks like bigger and better in every way.

Only asterisk is that it will likely be UE5 so there's a good chance it will look and run like shit on base PS5 :(

Cool. I hope they improve the combat, though. I enjoyed most aspects of the first game but felt that the combat was imbalanced or out of place somehow.

I thought the first one was free on PSN , but it's $40.

They should've done a sale to get people into trying the franchise.

the first one was really good.

almost laughable really that a film studio decided to make a game, and on their first try made a better game than most AAA slop studios produce these days.
