I read Kick-Ass 2 and couldn't be more excited.

But...what the fuck is up with it looking like it belongs on NBC or something? It has a very "TV" look to it. Is it because it's still in production?

A few days before trailer release they said that "the last effects were being done" for the trailer, so I guess there's still hope for that green screen stuff to at least look decent. But honestly that jet pack greenscreening from the first was way worse than what was shown in the trailer.

I hope the effects get some work, but I was referring to "the look" of it all? I think that's what I'd call it. It just looks like the video comes from something on television, not in a movie. I'm sorry if I don't make sense.

This, eh. I', not convinced. It's great that Kick-ass is getting a sequel, but this trailer doesn't look too good. The last third of it looked downright horrendous.
