They showed David Jaffe from that teaser trailer thing in the background when the guy was talking about this, but I had my volume down. Was that just a screw up?

What does 5 v 2 v 5 team structure mean?

Could be something like Batman: Arkham Origins (never played the multiplayer tho) or Metal Gear Online. In Origins, there are game modes with two teams of thugs, plus two players controlling Batman and Robin. Batman and Robin are on a team of their own, and have unique skills and gadgets to make up for their lack in numbers.

In Metal Gear Online (2), there is a mode with two teams of PMCs going at each other, plus two players controlling Snake and his little RC robot, the Metal Gear Mk. II. The PMCs are trying to kill each other and Snake. Snake wins if he can collect three dog-tags from the mercenaries (earned by knocking players out, if I recall). Snake has a slightly better default firearm, plus his full sneaking suit, which can render him invisible when applied correctly.

Wonder when finally someone brings a good MOBA game with 3rd person view to consoles. Can´t be that hard uh ?

How can the game be highly competitive if nobody is playing it yet?

What does 5 v 2 v 5 team structure mean?

Sounds like Evolve but doubled, and with the teams of humans encouraged to fight one another too. Could be an interesting set-up, and I guess the 'strain' in question turns people into some kind of creature or monster, allowing for bigger teams vs. smaller, more powerful teams.

EDIT - yeah; I probably should have just read the Polygon article before answering.

Meh free to play has me skeptical. Consider me curious for now. I'll keep an eye out for gameplay and make a decision about purchase intent once I see that.
