Here we post about all the amazing Disney worlds we would like to see and hype ourselves up to what can only eventually become a thin layer of disappointment with the final product. So what Disney worlds/characters/enemies do you want to see in Kingdom Hearts? Also be kinda serious...dont want to see this thread filled with Hannah Montana or some crap.

First off I hope to god Marvel and Lucas doesnt filter in...as much as I like the franchises Kingdom Hearts is Disney.

So first off Princess and the Frog
Sora down in the Bayou could be fun

-Frankenweenie/James and the Giant Peach to replace Nightmare Before Christmas (or just more Nightmare)
 
Holy shit.. Ive been waiting for this thread to show up.

Thought it would be after we saw the first world etc.

There have been many throwbacks to fantasia in the games, but i would love for there to be a dedicated world.
After they did pirates of the carribean, i don't think anything is off the table at this point lol.

Replacing little mermaid with finding nemo, toy story sounds amazing with zerg as the boss (always reminds of the small soldiers movie , idk why) and bugs life (although with toy story, bugs life it does seem like we would be made small on more than one occasion, not sure how that sounds from a creative standpoint.
 
I'm still hoping against hope for an MCU world, I need my awesome Loki boss fight. Pixar should be top priority, as well.
 
If we're talking Disney's recent-ish purchases, I think Star Wars would be a good fit. Keyblades = lightsabers, Dark Side/Light Side, it thematically fits. I think that would be fine.

Marvel though? Enhhh. I don't see that fitting in well. It's not really the same tone, and the super heroes don't fit in as nicely as Jedi and other Star Wars characters. I vote against, I don't see it working.

Oh, and Atlantis (the movie) would be excellent, I'd love to see that.
 
If I don't see Star Wars or Marvel I will be disappointed. They spend all that money getting these ip's. I really do not want to see worlds we've seen like 6 times already.
 
Tron: Legacy would look fucking amazeballs, but since it was already used in Dream Drop Distance they probably won't bring it out. Tron 3 is still a few years away too, so that's probably out.

Basically any of the Pixar properties would be amazing. Wall-E, Toy Story and The Incredibles in particular.

Honestly Marvel or Lucas would be REALLY disappointing to me....still so much left to explore in the Disney-verse and honestly there are enough Marvel and Star WArs games to sink a battle ship
 
I would like to see a proper Pinocchio world as well. Sora and Co. could start out as marionettes in Stromboli's puppet show and in order to move on to the next world, they'd have to become "Real Boys". Pleasure Island could be a section (complete with Donkey transformations!) and they could even throw in a Monstro encounter (though they should obviously avoid going inside him again) as the final boss battle.

I want him to be called in to be kind of a jerk, to also be a keyblade wielder and for everyone to hate him except mickey because he is his bro. He gets to be virgil. Just everyone like "fuckin... oswald"

Yeah, but the thought of lightsaber keyblades and fighting along side yoda sounds really awesome. But I guess I'm just a Star Wars nerd. :P
 
Am betting we'll see Tron Legacy, given the tron presence in the first 2 games.

Toy Story/Incredibles would be awesome, but not as certain on them happening.
 
Monster's Inc. World.

Seriously it totally works for Kingdom Hearts. Basically keep the plot same, but have Randal and Waternoose team up with the Heartless when they discover that stolen hearts are even more powerful than screams. Sora has to dress up as a monster while exploring around so he doesn't throw the town into a panic. And imagine the fight jumping through the various bedroom doors. It'd be perfect!

Also Gargoyles, since I'd like to see one Disney show get referenced. Give Sora wings, and have him fly around the skyscrapers of New York City.

Excuse me while I vomit. Worst Disney movie in the last 20 years.

Now, Tangled? YES, PLEASE!
 
I would love for a sort of chase scene through different Disney shorts or maybe summons of some sort where you fill the screen with black and white characters

Regardless, there needs to be a Tron open-world game, more than just a zone in Kingdom Hearts.

Oswald is surprisingly popular in Japan, I think he's got a good chance.

I would love to see him as part of the "main cast" ala King Mickey, but if they revisit Timeless River, that would be just as sweet.

A few Deviantart works kind of go in the direction of if they had a Wasteland world, that could be a thing too.

In addition to Tron Legacy where you noted, 3D already has a Fantasia world and a non-Monstro Pinocchio world. Though I wouldn't object to mining those some more.

But yeah, Princess and the Frog would be great, as would a Hawaii Lilo and Stitch level.

It would be cool if they kind of took his " not being owned by Disney for a long ass time" thing into narrative.

He was cocky or something and got left somewhere dangerous and came back conveniently now, or he was banished or something.
