I'm also willing to bet they'll revisit Alice in Wonderland due to the remake's success. Pirates sequels are probably a given, I'm looking forward to seeing the more colourful side of Pirates appearing in KH3 (Port Royal was very dark and gloomy, Pirates 2 has more of a sunny beach-island setting).

I fear SE have actually forgot what made Kingdom Hearts so appealing in the first place. It wasn't the spiky haired kid with the clown shoes.
A Pink Elephant boss battle would be insane, wonder if Disney would let it slip nowadays what with the blatant references to alcohol though? Dumbo is like the only Disney character to suffer a hangover.

I would not at all be surprised if they use Frozen. That deserves to be in there. I am actually expecting it to be there along with Tangled now.
Basically, the new Princess movies are a given (Frozen being the main one I think). I think Pixar stuff is likely too now. Would love to see Toy Story.

Twilight Town could be back, based on the teaser, and I'm fairly certain The World That Never Was will be back as well due to story importance/relevancy. Other possible returning (origina KH) worlds/places could include Castle Oblivion, Destiny Islands (maybe we'll finally see more than one), the Dark Realm and Radiant Garden.
They'll definitely repeat probably at least 2-3 Disney worlds, with the rest being new ones. It's probably going to be around half and half of new worlds vs. old. Since it's the closure to the Xehanort saga, they can't just abandon everything that has come before. That's like asking Death Star to not be a part of Star Wars: Return of the Jedi. But they'll introduce completely new sides to any returning franchises (i.e. Lilo & Stich world taking place on Earth instead of a spaceship, so it'll feel almost completely new, apart from recurring characters).
Since we are talking about Ducktails (I personally wouldn't mind a Rescue Rangers world, myself), I'm guessing TV shows aren't out of bounds now:
Last GOOD thing to come from Disney Channel. And it would luck out: Christy Carlson Romano already voiced Yuffie in KH1 (not sure if she did anything for the second game).
Oh, and about Final Fantasy characters:
ANYTHING from this game. Hell, you can add Kefka as a hidden boss and I would be ULTRA happy just so we can hear that infamous laugh again. I don't know why it hasn't been added yet since it's probably one of the best FF games of all time.

Anything Star Wars or Marvel related would be amazing if it happened (for me anyway). And like you pointed out OP, we need some Pixar love. Especially Toy Story and Wreck it Ralph.
Forgive me, as I kind of gave up on DC after Hannah Montana.
And I don't count Disney XD in there, as they've shown good shit sometimes!

Haunted Mansion, but not the Eddie Murphy version. No one saw that one anyway, so they can do whatever they want with it and base if off the ride. Maybe even have the Halloween Town denizens show up as cameos to put up Christmas decorations. If they can, get Tower of Terror in there, too.

Holy shit. How have I not thought of this before! I completely forgot Disney have the rights to the Ghibli films in the west. It would literally be a dream come true if they had Spirited Away in the game.
They could use the city and the castle from the film:

I want a Fantasia/Fantasia 2000 world where each room is based on a completely different animation segment with accompanying music, culminating in a boss battle with the Firebird from Fantasia 2000.
It's not exactly an exciting setting and the only good characters are Remus and the three Brer animals.
