I ordered a second core yesterday, which I received a cancellation email for a couple of hours ago. My original core order (Thursday 9 am EST) is still pending, allegedly.

Ok, so I called the main 1800 number. The lady there told me she's surprised my order wasn't cancelled but at this point I should wait and see what happens.

I then decided to call their account verification number (folks who called me to get my shipping info right) since it was in my cell. The guy there said it's been ordered for me and I will be getting one.

After getting the cancellation email yesterday, I find today that Kmart still charged my card (even though in the email they specifically said they would not).

Horrible customer service. I shot them an email about it and will call them as well tomorrow.

Are you sure it's charged? Usually they run an authorization automatically to see if it goes through, the funds are then put on hold for a few days and are not actually taken out of your account.

No updates. I still haven't been cancelled. I'm starting to trust the woman I spoke to on Thanksgiving who told me my core 360 would be on the truck this wednesday or thursday. If the website doesn't list me as having been shipped by then, all hope is likely lost.

I ordered a Core on the 24th and a Premium on the 25th and both are cancelled.

I am a little worried that my funds haven't been released from hold status on EITHER CC yet, however. :/

I just placed an order during the brief window it was available earlier. Shows my order for a Platinum system as 'In Process' on the order detail page, though I haven't yet recieved an e-mail confirmation. I barely made the cut, about 20 seconds after I confirmed my order, the site listed the system as sold out again.

Interesting. I think most people 'still alive' are stuck on (2). Mine has been on (2) since 11/24 (right before I posted about the core being available). I ordered another core either 1 or 2 days later, but that was cancelled within 24 hours, with step (3) being skipped.

Yes!!!!!!!!! K-mart has finally released me and returned my money. The weird thing though is that my order page still says "Order Received, In Progress." And I haven't got a cancellation e-mail.
