There is music at least.ethelred said:Damn. I was really hoping there'd be some videos when the site opened.
The music is great. I'm curious to see how the game plays.OliveJuice said:There is music at least.
Yeah, the art is great.OliveJuice said:Unit Class pics look pretty awesome.
justchris said:My god, those screens are far too busy. I suspect it's attack animations causing that impression, but I really need to see some gameplay videos.
A Black Falcon said:About the same as Riviera and Yggdra, really.
Looks awesome.
Gig said:I don't remember Yggdra Union ever having that much crap on screen.
A Black Falcon said:Oh really?
Even so, they have a constent trend of liking to put lots of things on the screen.
A Black Falcon said:Oh really?
A bunch of pics
Gig said::lol :lol OK point taken, but once you knew what everything meant it was easy as to understand.
A Black Falcon said:Of course. Riviera is one of my favorite GBA games. Yggdra wasn't quite as good, but it's still a very good game.
I wasn't criticizing them for putting a lot of stuff on screen... I was just saying that they do it, so it's no surprise that Knights in the Nightmare is doing it too.
Gig said:I haven't played Riviera, does it share Yggdra Union's crushing unfairness?
kiryogi said:Man, I really want to see a movie of this in action. Just to get a feel of how this battle system works. XD On a side note, the engrish has really gotten pretty bad this time around.
Mato said:All these JRTS games. So cruel... You take a look at the pretty art, get yourself excited and then the crappy gameplay pics come and punch you in the face.
botticus said:I'm a sucker for Sting games, though it's a painful relationship. I got through Riviera okay, but I had to stop in the middle of Yggdra Union with no way to grind and facing an impossible mission.![]()

really? What mission was it? I dont remember any impossible missions. The only one that was really hard for me was the one where you had to fight that dinosaur riding general guy.botticus said:but I had to stop in the middle of Yggdra Union with no way to grind and facing an impossible mission.![]()
I have a hard time remembering (it was at least 6 months ago I put it down), but I wanna say there were a bunch of chicks that were nicely lined up. I'll look it up.Case said:really? Id. said:How accessible is Yggdra Union? That's the only Sting game I've missed out on getting.
Interest piqued, though I'll wait for a more accessible pricing scheme.duckroll said:Edit: Looking at the title of the LE again, it says DHE Series Special Pack. Maybe it's Riveria, Yggdra and Knights in one package?
Gig said:I wouldn't say the game (Yggdra Union) is too hard, but the problem is that the game is so unfair. It will make bosses invincible and won't even tell you. The items you use to equip you characters, are also pretty much the only way to heal them. And it all climaxes with a mission where your only option is to take damage. Actually I take that back there is a mission towards the end that is much worse.
cpro said:Yes, it's obvious that they didn't play test Yggra Union very much. It has more 'bullshit unintuitive fights' than any other game I've ever played, and considering the horrific hassle that even taking damage results in, makes the game absolutely infuriating.
