Aw, fuck this shit. I hope IGA manages to get the funding for his dream game... I don't want him to waste (maybe that's too strong an expression...) his talents with mobile/F2P gaming. And if he somehow ends up taking more time than what he initially had in mind... at least I hope he finds some sort of fulfillment in that role, so that he can restart the work on his dream game with a clear and happy mind (and spirit).

If IGA is genuinely concerned about his livelihood he should stay well away from crowdfunding. He is not going to be able to comfortably make the game people want with the amount of money he's likely to raise, and I think even you dudes are going to have a hard time selling his pitch for a reasonable amount.

He was migrated to mobile games, and that was one of the reasons he left Konami. He was literally stuck making games he and his fans didn't care for.

This would be very difficult and time consuming to accomplish on his own. Makes sense that he would have to put it on hold if he was doing everything by himself.

This is especially bewildering as the teaser for his game possibly implied a Kickstarter campaign just a few weeks ago. Either this is a ruse, or he backed out of the idea only very recently.
