Konami Holding Pre-E3 Event, Will Be Livestreamed

Their hilarious conference from last year has worked in their favor. No one would really give a damn otherwise :O
 
The sad thing is that we all know it won't be as funny as the last year... not even with one trillion troops.
 
I am pretty gutted I will be missing this as I will be flying from London to Chicago that day. But I solemnly vow to unpack my laptop and get ready for some awesome Konami goodness.

Shame I won't be near any of the events locations, would have loved to have been in the vicinity.

Oh well. I shall stream or jump in here for the news

Yeah, I expect that they will correct their mistakes from last year.

The only way that they'll be able to top last year is if they sincerely try to be totally professional and serious as a response to last year, but some how end up warping reality by fucking up so bad that it surpasses last year's effort.

It's going to be impossible to top it, because that was a heavy fluke. It was just a string of coincidence, a one-time affair. Plus I doubt they have any interest in topping it, last year's conference was just a glorified fuck up which only resulted in the benefit of our amusement.
 
It's very smart of them to try and capitalize on all the "buzz" from last year's show. I'm glad they're doing, actually. I sorta expected them to avoid doing a show this year after what happened at the last one.

Anyway, can't wait to see what happens.

I still watch Youtube videos of Fuji and Maeda's conferences to this day. There's just... something about it. It's magical. It can't be replicated, or planned. If they tried to outdo it, it would just come off as the lackluster sequel to last year's incredible original.

Is it sad that I would actually pay for a show of similar quality? That shit was better than any professional stand up-comedian.

He's not writing that, I think it's going through some official (ARG?) translation director at Konami. Look at his older English twits, they're hardly coherent. If anything this makes his appearance more likely though I guess.
