Kratos son's name is Atreus

So if his son is also from Greek then how does he understands Norse language because Kratos doesn't. That would mean Kratos's wife is from Norse so the son is half Greek and half Norse? So, that would mean Kratos and his wife had Atreus when they were in Greek because Atreus is a Greek name.

Old people can't learn new languages, it's genetic

The sun un-rises to the east and Thyestes can't figure out why until he sees his kids' heads on a platter.

The House of Atreus is like Tragic Heroes 101.

Greek is a solid contributor to Tragic Heroes 101. Everyone loves Heracles until either madness or Madness gets to him.

Was Tantalus ever painted as a dude fallen from grace? Or was he just an asshole progenitor who made it terrible for everyone?

Does his name has gameplay implications?

Is it more gorey cause of the name?

More blood and gore will come off cause of his name?

better more refined gameplay will be in the game cause of the name?

If not then he could be named Trump and I wont even care.

GOW takes place at the beginning of history when all european languages were united

That's a strange name.

And it's Greek!

Atreus is best known for being the father of the scummy Agamemnon (often called 'Atreus' Son in the Illiad) of the Trojan War. You know the dude who sacrificed his own daughter, had tons of fights with Achilles, and on his return he was killed by the lover of his wife, who were subsequently killed by their son and daughter.

The family of Atreus was cursed!
Technically they were cursed all the way since Pelops, right?

Yo, The Atreidae are some cursed ass dudes. Atreus himself is known for making the sun RECOIL OUT OF THE SKY after feeding his brother's children to his brother.

By most accounts; it was a favor done by Zeus to regain the throne back from Thyestes.

By other, much more minor accounts, the Sun did this on its own volition because it didn't want to cross the path of the ill-fated House of Atreus.

Either way, there is some sick imagining that can be done both metaphorically and directly with that character.

I cannot fucking wait for this game.
