Of course there's a chance given its platform history, but nothing in this thread suggests it will be exclusive. The only newsworthy thing about platforms would be if it came from a Sony source. This just says that it probably exists.

It will be for everything that can run it. Xbox One, PS4 and PC. Valve is not going to go exclusive.

Valve is practically going to war against MS right now. I don't think they'll go exclusive to MS at all. They could still release multiplat though.
