This is sad. Sue for what? They didn't post on your Facebook page that you recently watched My Little Pony for five hours straight at 3:00am.

They keep that information so that they can recommend similar titles that you may be interested in but never heard of. I never use it but it's a nice feature to have.

That's true, they work on contingency. This is an opt out email. Netflix has already settled this cause, the lawyers are just getting names so they know who to mail the settlement to.
