Let's make this clear. You and I have, I think, have the ability to push air out of our lungs, through our larynx, and use our mouths and tongues to make sounds that, when passed through another's ear canal, make a sort of sense. Unless there is a physical reason against it, we all have this ability. We also have a personal responsibility while in public to conduct ourselves in a way that is pleasing to those around us. Most of those around us will be strangers, or people we do not know. We have a brain inside of our heads that should be able to govern what comes out of us. How come we can hold in a fart, but for some reason our mouths are beyond our control?
You have a right to utter whatever comes into your mind, I guess. As far as nobody has invented a mind control device yet that can physically stop you. So enjoy your right to say whatever, just expect those strangers around you to react to you. You are not invisible, you will be seen.
