Dude, I want Toriyama to delve into Lightning's psyche since we know she's mentally over, like, a million years old. The Ultimania states that she's aware of all the countless 900 year loops she's gone through. She's been fighting a never ending war for countless 900 year loops and has see all of history (except for what the plot dictates she couldn't... like the ending) for lord know how long.

But do you think we'll get an in depth look at this plot point? HA! You obviously don't know the "Lightning Saga" if you do.

If only Toriyama wrote Dissidia; she could have experienced those endless loops too!

toriyama DID say he could live on through chaos, its never been a definite 'hes dead'. and with the way the DLC ended, i totally believe hes somewhere either waiting and or recuperating.

My god that's painful. Painful because I love some of the ideas and things in the trailer, yet the voices, character's and script are cringe worthy and ruins it all. Well I'm still intrigued by the gameplay and time limit idea, who knows maybe the crappy things will grow on me.

There are obviously talented people working on this game, but it takes the right leader to make it work.....let's see what happens..

Ow February 2014...I hope this doesn't mean the JP version will be delayed too. I liked the trailer btw, but I'm waiting for the Japanese voiced one so I can dl it then.

edit : oh well it's the 21st of November of this year in Japan according to today's preview from Famitsu. Phew.

I want to see more script from this place, or at least whether or not it evolved in some fashion. It'll be too bad if there is little explanation behind the selected script compared with Pulsian vs Cocoon vs Etro script.

I can't decide if I want to see a new script -- which will virtually compel me to buy the game on Day One, against all financial reason, so that I can be The First to decipher it -- or see the existing ones used again. A handwritten variation of Etro script might look good.

The writing seen on the buildings so far is our alphabet, which is pretty lame, but the buildings themselves and their architecture look great.
