Blah, still gotta take picks.
Anyway, I probably won't make any progress at all this week.
But next week I'm starting a 4-week velocity diet. My hope is that aside from losing weight, it will also make me kick any and all shitty food habits I have.
The v-diet should take a total of 6 weeks, 4 weeks for the diet, and two weeks coming off.
Then, I will take a step into Kris Gethin's 12-Week Personal trainer. I've followed it before but just the workouts since it's a lot easier than going to the gym making my own routine. I also tried to follow the diet but I get sooooo bored of eating the same thing every day. This will also be the time for me to finally buy a grill, to make it a lot easier(and tastier) to cook batch chicken/turkey/meat.
Once I finish that, I will give Kris Gethin's 4-week DTP Transformation a go.
When all is said and done, I should be at June 10th? So I'll probably take a week off between the 12-week and 4-week to relax and give my body a break.
But this all depends on if I can do the 4-week v-diet. I don't really care about the weight I will lose during this period, rather changing my food mentality. Kicking cravings for stuff like McD's and chinese food and pizza.
I'm debating in whether I want to keep a log at my blog that I decide once every year I will start using but never do,

I also wonder how much money I will save by doing the above? I'm going to dig thru mint.com and find out how much I've spend over the past 20 weeks by NOT following a specific diet/healthy food habits, then compare it to how much I've spend by following a stricter, cleaner diet.

I get a lot of motivation from Kris Gethin, that guy is fun to watch and I've learned so many things from watching/reading his stuff.
