Things are going good in weight loss land. I even managed to go out with the guys a couple of times and each time I only had water to drink. It kinda sucked at the time but then I look at how much I've been progressing and I can easily say it's been worth it.

I weigh in at 189.5 right now. Been drinking water at lunch instead of soda, and went to a few boxing classes over the week. I'll get there yet!
 
So I'm going away for this weekend filled with lots of booze and poor eating habits, so I'm expecting a setback no matter what I do.

I'm not going to be surprised if I put on 1-2lbs.

Same here, except my time period was during the week :| Going to get back to eating healthy and getting more exercise here starting this weekend though.

Derailed myself this week with one slice of pizza on saturday, and i binged until Wednesday.

Slowly but surely lol. Still can't do any real exercising until the weather warms up in a couple months, my dieting is all over the place but overall is getting better and I splurge less. I actually lost 8 pounds in December but that was before this started :(
 
I'll have to check in tomorrow. I got an elliptical finally, so more cardio will be added(finally), but I didn't buy a scale. But I will be going to my friends place tomorrow and use theirs. Then will post sometime tomorrow night. Sorry I haven't been posting that much, work deadlines have been kicking my ass along with all this working out, it's a crazy, stressful time of the year.
 
also checking in nothing changed like i thought it would.
And i dont expect this week to get any chance also exams have to focus on that so no training . But the week after that i can finally commit with physical exercise. But i did boost my endurance and can now run 1.5 km without pause or slowdowns. Hope to get to 5km at the end of next month and keep that route as cardio.

Mostly just moderation in portions and eating more produce than carbs.
 
Just checked my weight yesterday, dropped 3 more pounds. Down to 252. So that's awesome, should be dropping more soon now that I own an Elliptical.
 
Wish i'd seen this earlier, I'm already dieting so it'd be cool to do it with others. I wish you all the best of luck.
 
Hey, If I can help you guys out at all. I did the following and have lost 35 lbs since July:

Instead of a bagel/toast/cereal for breakfast, (if in NA) try out the Special K protein meal bars. The caramel and double choco ones are pretty damn good. Also, if you want a little flavor to drink instead of water with your lunch, try out the Diet Lipton Green Tea; citrus or mixed berry flavors. The stuff is really tasty. I also eat a lot more canned fruit (packed in water) and sugar free apple sauce than I ever have in my life. 35 lbs doesn't seam a whole lot, but makes a huge difference goinf from 240 to 205.

Kinda got pneumonia this week so I didn't exercise or anything. Still managed to lose a couple pounds though. I should be good to start running again next week so I'm excited for that.

I'll be doing my check-in tomorrow morning! It's not gonna be pretty I went out to eat for lunch a couple more times than I like to and drank quite a bit thurs/fri night >.<

Surprised at my small success so far. I am trying to work up my will against bad food and not exercising enough. Tough to break poor habits.

Just as I predicted. I went out to lunch Wed/Thurs/Fri, and I drank a lot on Friday night a long with some awful junk foods.

No change; I should probably stop splurging on Saturdays, I'm always down on Sundays for the weigh in lol.

Aside from that I'm doing better, I think what's honestly killing me more than anything right now is carbs.
