I wouldn't be too sure, apparently they've had problems finding a hard drive enclosure in the middle of a geek festival in the middle of Seattle. ;)
 
From David Ellis' twitter updates it looks like the Brodeo video will be up fairly soon with the audio going up on the Geekbox feed whenever it gets to Ryan Scott.

I imagine we'll see 1UP Yours sometime tomorrow.

That was because David was on the panel and left it up to PAX staff. I saw him doing the actual recording at the Brodeo and Retronauts panels.

Didnt they have problems last year as well. Where the sound quality was really terrible? The Pax staff seems to have issues with this i guess

When you have one video person at the event and he's on the panel it's hard I assume.

Yep. My ears burned last year (didn't go to PAX, downloaded after). Like I said earlier, I don't even think John was on mic most of the time. I could hardly hear him. So good luck.
 
Just in case. I found it on the 1up boards, since its free and it dosent have that good of a audio quality I posted it for whoever wants it. I dont think this is something bad, just shows how much fans are eager to listen to these guys.
 
It's tough to listen to. Got tons of nerd noise and people going WOOOOO whenever a game they like is mentioned.

That and the bass is too much. I had to stop it a few minutes in. I'll just wait for the official one.

I can't believe that it's tuesday afternoon, and still no podcast. I know the "bootleg" is there, I tried listening to it and just couldn't hear very well. (Props to the guy for trying, though)

Maybe by friday they'll just post this one, then take a week off.

I listened to the bootleg last night. It was enjoyable.
 
I guess I'll just wait for this Fridays edition. I'm not too fussed about PAX panels anyway, the sound quality is pretty terrible mostly and the show lacks that confident intimacy that makes it so entertaining usually.
 
The episode is obviously broken. He should just put it in his pocket. Friday is almost here anyway. Just listen to the bootleg if you need your Mangod fix. LUP should have done what Bombcast did: a separate panel and podcast.
 
Im' just unclear as to why 1UP in general can't get a damn PAX podcast up. For Christ's sake, Giant Bomb and Idle Thumbs have multiple podcasts up, with a fraction of the manpower. :lol

How does this happen two years in a row? I don't mean to QQ, but the ball was dropped. Oh well, thanks for having the show and I love the podcast, listeners will make due.

I have a feeling priorities are being set by the corporate office, which doesn't include posting a podcast. The guys still working at 1up are more than likely giving very close to 100%, but it probably isn't fair to hold them accountable for decisions being made further up the food chain.
 
It's almost embarrassing for 1up when compared with Giant Bomb, who put up ass loads of content almost instantly. In these days of the internets, you really need your content up fast. Something GB seem to have realised and they work their damn asses off.

Almost every public venue 1upcast has been fucked up. The last one had Such bad levelling. Surely an established site like 1up can afford good mikes and a decent setup.

Maybe they outta ask for donations before they next head out

Next time they are at a conference/expo they need to hit up Major Nelson. Say what you want about the guy but his podcasts that cover live events are always top quality.

It depends if this kind of stuff is considered their job or not. I don't think there is advertising with these PAX events, so probably not. Either way, whatever. I'm still only a third through the GFW reunion and haven't even started a bunch of other recent podcasts.

That's the reason Giantbomb is so great. Besides, it's not like 1up is as slow as other gaming sites. Then again, I only know about the 1up podcasts.

Is there going to be a Dreamcast retronauts?
 
I CANNOT believe these guys think they can release their free podcast made purely to entertain and inform us a few days late. I mean what the fuck Garnett? I bet he is just sitting at home with his feet up deepthroating a cuban cigar and listening to the latest bombcast and taking a few notes about the opinion he should have on games on this weeks Listen Up.
