It'd be amazing if this worked out for him and season 4 is baed around his career as a late night talk show host. Suddenly he's doing a version of the Larry Saunders show. lol

Some nice moments in there, like Louie waking up or his being rushed on-stage. Overall though, it was a short outing that mainly set up an arc. The other multi-parter this season could be looked at in pieces, but this clearly depends on the further entries. So it's hard to judge now.

Jay Leno and Garry Marshall, whoa. Weird.

Interesting stuff this week. I'm curious to see what happens in parts 2 and 3, as this week's ep seemed to exist only for the set up. I did like the exec's speech at the end though.

I love the music that plays during the credits. Anyone know where I can find more stuff like it? (Jazz, obviously, but I mean the specific type. If there is one.)

There seems to be a theme about taking chances this season. Examples include last night's episode, asking the woman out from the bookstore, and the Miami episode.

Really liked this episode, thought the last 2 were pretty weak, I liked the standup and the speech at the end, it's probably one of my favorite episodes so far this season.

btw does anyone know the name of the song at the end of the Daddy's Girlfriend pt. 2 episode? It's like an ethereal 70s NY jazz song

Beautiful episode, even if it was a bit short. I think last seasons (or S1) was funner/funnier overall, but the tone and atmosphere this seasons has been something pretty meaningful as well.

Having a bit of continuity for a change is also interesting.
