Great series, but it starts to lose it's steam in the middle of the 3rd season through the fourth

I agree with this post, although I thought the S4 episode with Kira Nerys was REALLY GOOD. I cried.

Thanks Kame for verbalizing just some of the issues that plagued the later seasons. People generally praise the characters in the show without realizing the outright character assassination jobs on a lot of the main cast, especially to Apollo and Starbuck. And for what purpose? Sometimes I think that Moore pulled some of those swerves just to mess with his audience, and that's a terrible way to tell a story.

I read some of the interviews with Moore about the finale after I'd seen it and he did seem to have an air of distain for the audience. Plus talk about art and how art doesn't have to be explained or make sense because it's 'art'.

His cameo at the end was incredibly self-indulgent as well, and the last line about God not liking to be called that name was probably referring to him as he created their BSG universe ...

Ugh.

What say you of Stan Lee being in all the Marvel movies lately?

My wife is not a fan of Sci-Fi and I have gotten her to watch the show constantly now. We're working on finishing Season 2, onto 3. We'll see how she feels when we get to S4 I guess.

I spent my whole holiday weekend watching all of the Re-imagined Series loved every minute. Only wish they had more character/filler episodes. Cant wait for a producer to come along and try and make a sequel.
