What're the moveset differences from Ness?

Everything except their specials and forward Smashes. All their standard attacks, throws, etc are entirely unique and work very different. You won't find Yo-Yos on Lucas, for example. Lucas also has a tether recovery, Ness does not.

And even their specials all being the same is debatable, since PK Fire and PK Freeze work way different and all four of his specials have unique animations.
