Too many free time with this situation of coronavirus
Technically streamers and you tubers are still working, so isn't really free time if you are working I would say.

I'm sorry, I know they're technically entertainers and would you say actors don't really work for a living and etc. but I don't think I will ever consider streamers and youtubers as having real jobs. Literally the only person on YouTube I like is Dunkey and I don't even give him money.
There is an editing process and it is creative content. Plus they're putting themselves out there. It's definitely work, just not tough work nor work that pays well for most. More of a hobby but it can put money in your pockets so technically it's work. Those that consistently play their games and make videos are putting in the time and the effort and providing something to the world--same as any other job essentiallyYoutubers... Streamers.... Working???...
The joke is told already
But forget that shit, watch the video if you'd like. This thread's going to be lame as fuck if you motherfuckers insist on playing a stupid game of semantics instead of simply enjoying a video and a playthrough
The crazy part about these speedruns is how they can perform such quick, precise, and knowledgeable playthroughs with their commentating all the while setting the world record itself. Usually such feats require total concentration but these players will share often times through their entire showing nearly and interact with many different fans during down time. Kind of interesting how they can multi-task at such a high level despite going into a 4-5 hour endeavor that could be ruined with one moment of distraction or loss of total concentration. Just saying, it's kind of rare to see a pro divert attention to their craft and still excel in said area

No it's not everyone sees that every day of their lives.
Hahah just kidding man that guy played Majora's Mask good it only took 20 years.
Bye thread.
Lmao check out these couple salty ass funny type goobers. I hold nothing against workers contributing to the entertainment world. And that's what they're doing. Have a nice day bitches1.- The edition and the process anyone can do.
2.- Put money in your pockets, basically ask people for money as a beggar.

These people do not contribute anything to the world, who contributes in these critical moments, a doctor and researchers looking for how to treat and cure people from the coronavirus or an idiot who only plays video games?

Bruh the only thing sadder than someone shitposting here on NeoGAF at 1 AM while their chicken wings cook and someone who spent 20 years trying to beat Zelda as quick as possible is the person who spent 4 and a half hours of their life watching someone play a game in the least enjoyable way possible and then says in all seriousness that they're contributing to the entertainment world.

Bye bitch
Same here. The glitches are interesting to me, but I’d rather see something done fully like thisThese kind of speedruns impress me more than the ones in which they use glitches.
Respect!
- job I work in currently isn't high demanding in terms of education, but you need middle school and 2 coursesThere is an editing process and it is creative content. You said it yourself. One works when he wants to. Just because you aint got it as good as some of these dudes sitting on their ass making $$$ means it’s not work?- job I work in currently isn't high demanding in terms of education, but you need middle school and 2 courses
- I had to have 2 intervues (one with 2 Menagers and one with HR)
- had to have at least 3 letters of recomandations with contacts
- had to have experience in that kind of job
- still had 6 months 'trying period', where I could be fired in a second
- I have to wake up at 5.30 to start 6.00
- can't have mobile phone with me or hear music while working
- it's phisycally demanding work
- I often stay overtime and I like how much I'm payed
A streamer didn't have no job requirements, no recruitment process, works when he wants and however he wants, can't get fired, sits on his ass and yells while PLAYING GAMES to probably earn more than me!
One of those two is NOT a work.
Holy God
Awesome results
Very impressive indeed. He takes the time to talk to his fans and practically greet everyone in his chat somehow and still manages to crush his checkpoints. I wouldn’t be able to do that, the run requires so much attention to detail. He can probably shave a lot of time if he just concentrated on the game more and his channel’s progression slightly less. This guy has skillswow, what a way to derail a thread guys. Anyway. That's an awesome run, very impressive.
I think for me too in a way. I can’t give it the upper hand since Ocarina of Time exists, and it’s simply the most amazing game I’ve ever played, but Majora’s Mask is unbelievably rich in its own ways that I can honestly say its greatness is so up there, that people should probably praise Majora’s Mask just as highlyStill my favorite Zelda game.
He does use glitches...These kind of speedruns impress me more than the ones in which they use glitches.

It’s a challenging game. I beat it in like 2003 I think, after it came out for GBA I want to say. I had it for both SNES and GBA but I think I beat the game on the GBA version while hooked up to my Gamecube to GB converter. That was such a cool device, wish I had kept my Gamecube and that GB converter. Still would love to plays some of those GB games, especially on the big screen. Foolish sell on my partI remember it blew my mind to see someone on youtube complete Zelda a link to the past in about an hour and a half. It took me several attempts between 1994 and 1997 to beat that game back in the day. No internet no youtube no friends who had the game no shop in Liverpool which sold the guide, nothing. Still up there as my best moment in gaming when i finally did it.
Perhaps.. you should give it a go. I mean anyone can do it and as a plus you make decent money and are your own boss. So go ahead.1.- The edition and the process anyone can do.
2.- Put money in your pockets, basically ask people for money as a beggar.

Majora's Mask scares a lot of people off with its time mechanics I think speedruns are great.
It’s a 100% run, so it won’t have massive game breaking skip glitches. Any small glitch that can save time will likely be in there. Things like Ocarina of Time’s bomb slide, for example. Before i watch: is this with glitches and/or exploits or without?
