I sit here and find myself thinking about ways dude could have defused that situation before it escalated, but then I have to remind myself that it unfolded in 60 seconds while I have the benefit of hindsight. He could have walked away, he could have ignored her, and I'm sure he has told himself the same thing. But he had 60 seconds, and a highly stressful and frustrating 60 seconds, at that.
