Bumping this thread. The release date is finally set for April 17, 2025.

The game looks dope! Should get more visibility.

@Mods - if you'd please update the thread title with the release date. April 17, 2025. (PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Switch, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store)

Has anyone played this so far? I just got the special edition for the Nintendo Switch. It's quite a spectacular game if you're a fan of Castlevania and Dark Souls. For a genre where this is rare, the game features mature and interesting themes, nice character design, solid voice acting, fantastic graphics, and an amazing soundtrack. The menu looks really good and detailed… the game has it all!

I don't mean to necrobump the thread, but this game really went under the radar, and it feels criminal considering how good it is.

I enjoyed the demo but $40 seemed very overpriced. Its on my wishlist.

It's solid. Finished it once but didnt feel like there was enough variety to warrant repeated playthroughs so I havent really gone back. They've released a few updates since that have smoothed out some rough edges.

It got kneecapped in early Steam reviews due to some controversies. I believe an inaccurate EULA data collection was a big one.

Not yet but I got my physical collector's edition copy in the mail. Reviews are that it's pretty average.
I wouldn't listen too much to the reviews. Average seems very harsh.

It seems overpriced until you see how polished it is. Every aspect of the game is solid. If you ever get to play it, give me your feedback!

Enjoyed the demo so I picked it up at release. It was plagued by bugs, including a nasty save one that cost me a lot of play time.
Most of these have been fixed and it's a solid 2d Souls. $40 is a bit pricey but there is a lot of content there.
