I'm going to be very, very surprised if Naruto doens't turn out to be way stronger than everyone. Particularly given Kurama's almost assuredly about to get a huge powerup. I was holding out hope that Naruto would get Hiraishin at some point, but that seems doubtful.

If Naruto gain's Hiraishin, there'd be no point in him fighting Sasuke. It'd be over in an instant.

And besides, until Sasuke gets a massive power up, Naruto is going to roflstomp the fuck out of him.

I might be the only OP reader who think that Shank's scaring that shark away is not Haki. Just the usual "strong people scaring the shit out of stuff" trope, and that Haki is something he just invented later.

For the recent great attempts of foreshadowing, I would like to nominate Shingeki no Kyojin.
