Cool, well except for the flat back bump. Do you still keep in contact?

Yeah, I text em once in a while to say hi and shit. We only meet up when they hit the Calgary/Edmonton loop on their tours, though, cause they all live in Florida now.

In case anyone's wondering, yes, there are plans to do a NXT 5. The current plan is to use people who lost during NXT 1-4 and never ended up staying on television in some way.

So its intersexed? And its gonna be slim pickings for season one, and almost the entire cast for season 2

Boo! The Father-Son idea has MUCH more potential than a "Land of Losers" season. Plus, they can just randomly intergrate the old guys into the main roster at any time anyways. When Genesis joined Nexus there wasn't any "OH THEY DIDN'T WIN NXT, WHY ARE THEY ON RAW NOW!?" uproar or anything.

Well Top Chef did it and called it All Stars. Just wondering if it will include Darren Young
I know :P

That sounds completely awful.

I liked the idea - and someone posted the skeleton of it earlier in a wrasslin thread - that you'd have eight midcarders who'd never won the title compete on it for a world title shot. You could have, like, Kofi, Bryan, Morrison, Rhodes, Regal, Goldust, etc. And, I dunno, former world champions could be their "pros". So you'd have, like, um, CM Punk tutoring John Morrison or Jack Swagger tutoring William Regal.

But I know how much fantasy booking is frowned upon so let's pretend this just never happened, shall we?

Anything to get Tarver on TV is fine by me.

Tarver
Percy
Titus

That's all they need to make it a win!

Ring of Honor officials are thrilled with their Internet PPV numbers for their Ninth Anniversary show. Internally, the promotion was only expecting 1,000 buys as the show didn't have the hook of a big blow-off matches like Steen vs. Generico. The early word is that the show did in excess of 1,500 buys, which ROH is very happy with.

The promotion was also happy with the size of the crowd in Chicago, which was one of their biggest crowds in that market in many, many months. The feeling is that the audience sees the PPV as an important deal and will come out of their way to see them live.

Smackdown writers must be picking up tossed scripts in the Creative Room because there have been about five firing angles on Smackdown.

To be fair, they all kind of tie together.

Solid episode of Smackdown, but much like Raw, the main event seems to be building to something that the WWE isn't gonna do so its odd.

It sounded like Cody made a Harry Potter reference during his promo when he spoke of making an "unbreakable vow"

It's gonna happen on Smackdown though brah.

The only cool thing about Undertaker was taken away at Smackdown.

Just goes to show how superior RAW is when at least they have the decency to have Undertaker come out to his real music rather than some hillbilly country song.

You could clearly see that's what he said after that match o_O

What I want to know is what HBK said to Flair at 24

If you're talking about what he said before he hit Flair with SCM at the end of the match it's "I'm sorry. I love you."

I agree, RAW was fantastic this past week - filled with tons of jam-packed wrestling.

Much prefer Taker to use the Cash song than his song, it sounds badass.

Tarver level badass

Also sorry about this but I love the Mania song

cue Frankman with the lyrics

shouldnt they be building up Edge and Delrio? why is edge more worried about vickie, kelly smelly and McIntosh, why is Del rio just fucking around on raw every other week and squashing jobbers?

Its your main event with the rumble winner you moraaans. build it

WWE was not happy with Hogan on Twitter talking about Jimmy Hart coming in as manager of Jerry Lawler at Mania, so one WWE source said they wouldn't be surprised to see footage this coming week of both HHH and Undertaker beating Hogan.

Weird company.

They're starting it on tonight's Smackdown.

Nah, after the pin, HBK got back on the mat by Flair then kissed him
*weird*

So I assume this Undertaker is a Dead Man-Biker Hybrid?

I don't remember him cutting promos in the past couple years.

Correct...this current version of Taker is dead Biketaker. He still wears the singlet and the MMA gear of Biketaker.

He has cut a lot of promos since WM 20 and not a old dead Taker either.
