Sorry for the bump. I had a chance to interview Scott Putesky recently (Daisy Berkowitz) for a music article in a paper at college. He's very friendly and will always respond if you email him. He tried really hard to get Suicide Snowman on ACSS. He was proud that it even got to the demo stage.
Anyway, the songs he wrote on Antichrist Superstar are; (and i mean totally wrote) Irresponsible Hate Anthem, Tourniquet, (You can really hear his distinctive guitar work in the main wrif), Wormboy, and Man That You Fear. The songs that he is featured on are Antichrist Superstar, and Mister Superstar. Everything else on the album was written by Twiggy and Madonna Wayne Gacy.
