JJ is Great, 1st half of LC is great. You can watch 1 esp of IF for the lol.

Actually i think IF will be important to the plot but just read the wiki or something :p

I didn't mean just him running around with JJ's scarf on his head. There are multiple other shots of him in action just in his normal clothes.

So, outside of his masked scene, we get at least two (possibly three) other scenes of him in action not in the suit.

Not that any of that means you're wrong, obviously. But, Karen likes seeing people die, so maybe she convinced him to stop being a super hero.

It gets better. Not by much, but it does get better. Those first few episodes are garbage. Overall, I think the show was really dumb and mostly boring. But, it's not straight trash all the way through like those first few episodes. You're through the worst of it!

Do yourself a favor and watch Into the Badlands instead and just pretend it's a Iron Fist show.
 
I never finished Luke Cage or Iron Fist. Probably should get on that..

I love the characters (except for Danny) so if they can get a good villain that poses a threat I'm in.

It's been confirmed that Matt
entered into a Dark Knight Rises style retirement after everything he went through at the end of Season 2, where he's hung up the horns for roughly a year. The events of The Defenders will coax him into becoming a vigilante again.
 
Shit Sigourney is in it? Guess I'll be watching this. Kinda fell off in the middle of Luke Cage and still haven't watched Iron Fist

That's what I figured from that trailer.

Wonder when we'll get DD3 and Punisher.
 
This show needs to do for hallways what Fast 6 did for runways.

I'm liking what I see here. I hope this is really good.
 
I wanna point out that the very first scene in this trailer has Misty Knight, Daredevil, and Jessica Jones in the same place at the same time.

We're spoiled.

see i wanted to keep up with all the netflix marvel stuff but i kept getting put off by people on here constantly ragging on them. then again, that seems mostly concentrated to this site and i've heard some good stuff specifically about jessica jones elsewhere so i might give it a shot.

my major problem with daredevil was that it really did drag itself out for too long, making the idea of revisiting the series unlikely despite the extreme highs it occasionally touched on. which is why i'm a little worried about starting up the jj or cage series since i've seen similar complaints levelled at them. but i'll try and give them a shot because i do remember being excited about the prospect of this series.

iron fist on the other hand looks fucking woeful. i hope there isn't anything important in that series that's required for this because i definitely don't want to sit through that.
 
I love how they managed to condense the entire 13 episode Iron Fist series into like 10 seconds. He gets his ass kicked, claims "I am the Iron Fist!", then uses it once. And I was still bored.

I'm being facetious, here's hoping they can fix their weakest elements and if they don't, that the other elements can hold it up.
